International HIV/AIDS Alliance for organizations
working in the field of HIV/AIDS. It
outlines possible methods of building partnerships
and provides review of the most successful
practices in Ukraine and Russia. It may
also be of use to those with a general interest
in methods of social engineering and social
problem analysis.
